Hickory Downs Master Bath Renovation

This project included the complete renovation of the master bathroom and closets.  Very little layout change was required; however, parts of walls and fur-downs were removed to give the space a larger feel.

The shower and tub are the natural focal points of the room, and the owners were particularly focused on the design and function of these two items.  The shower details were carefully selected.  The valves were oversized for additional water pressure.  The frameless glass door and surround were extended to the ceiling for greater control of temperature and moisture.  The concealed recessed shampoo box with glass shelf is a classy touch.  The rectangle freestanding tub with floor-mounted fixture is the perfect blend of modern and classic for this space.

The vanity cabinets have furniture detailing with a custom paint and glaze overlay.  Oversized beveled mirrors reflect the light from beautiful fixtures and top the marble countertops and polished nickel faucets.
