Pecan Creek Ranch

This project included the complete renovation of a traditional farmhouse in Archer County.

The challenge with this project was the feasibility study – the home was in such a dilapidated state that much consideration was given to demo and re-build versus rehabilitation.  There was very little design work on this project.  The layout was reasonably functional to start with.  The major issues were the investigation and restoration of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

The finished project is functional, beautiful, and well-decorated.  The homeowner has incredible style, and this was the perfect opportunity to express her inner farm girl.
